Responsible for the accurate and quality installation of vehicle accessories as per OEM/dealership standards, customer requirements, and prescribed safety procedures. The Senior Accessories Fitter will also guide junior fitters and ensure timely completion of accessory fitment jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and fit interior and exterior vehicle accessories as per vehicle model and specifications.
• Install accessories such as seat covers, mats, mud flaps, reverse cameras, sensors, lights, infotainment systems, horns, chrome accessories, body kits, etc.
• Perform basic automotive electrical wiring, connections and testing.
• Ensure proper fitting, alignment, finishing and functionality of all accessories.
• Follow OEM/dealership SOPs, installation guidelines and safety standards.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after accessory fitment to prevent damage.
• Diagnose and rectify fitment, wiring and accessory-related issues.
• Use hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure First Time Right (FTR) fitment and minimize rework/complaints.
• Coordinate with the Service, Sales, PDI and Accessories teams for timely delivery of vehicles.
• Guide, supervise and support Junior Accessories Fitters/Fitters.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the accessories work area.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Complete job cards, checklists and fitment-related documentation.
• Report damaged, missing or defective accessories to the concerned supervisor.
• Complete assigned jobs within the required TAT while maintaining quality standards.
