🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage the overall workshop operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent after-sales service experience.
• Achieve all assigned HMSI (Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India) service targets and KPIs.
• Monitor workshop productivity, service quality, revenue, and operational performance.
• Lead and supervise the service, technical, and support teams.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolution.
• Monitor workshop expenses, manpower utilization, and inventory.
• Drive service revenue, customer retention, and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with HMSI processes, SOPs, safety standards, and 5S.
