Job Summary :

🎯 Attendance Incentive: ₹500 per month

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run Welding Robots: Load parts into fixtures, run automated programs, and monitor the robot.
  • Manual MIG Welding: Perform manual MIG welding for assembly, touch-ups, or repairs.
  • Setup & Alignment: Read blueprints to position, clamp, and align metal parts correctly.
  • Maintain Equipment: Change welding wire spools, tips, and nozzles on robots and MIG guns.
  • Inspect Welds: Check completed parts for defects like cracks, holes, or bad penetration.
