Vauras Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Jr. Payroll Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes for client companies, handling PF & ESIC-related activities and grievances, and supporting client requirements under the guidance of the reporting manager.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and manage monthly payroll for client companies.
• Prepare and submit PF & ESIC challans on a monthly basis.
• Handle and resolve PF & ESIC-related employee grievances and queries.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulations and deadlines.
• Assist clients with PF, ESIC, and payroll-related queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll and statutory records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely payroll operations.
• Support the manager in client coordination and other payroll-related activities.

🗣️ COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Fluent English communication is required.

• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

🚗 FIELD VISITS

• Candidates must be willing to make occasional client visits under the supervision and guidance of the manager.
