Selection Process

1. HR Screening: Basic communication and profile assessment.
2. Skill Assessment: Practical typing and MS Excel test.
3. Operations Round: Final discussion regarding job location, shift timings, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter inward and outward stock details into the Flipkart Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain and manage documentation, including e-way bills, purchase orders, and shipment manifests.
• Verify physical inventory against system records to ensure data accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports and operational trackers using MS Excel.
• Use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Monitor inventory-related data and promptly identify and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate system updates.
• Maintain proper records and documentation in accordance with operational and audit requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with a high level of accuracy.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and data-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/operations environment.
