🎓 Apprenticeship Program : Selected candidates will undergo a 2-year apprenticeship training program under optional trades in the company's Manufacturing, Production, Quality, and Laboratory departments.

🕐 Shift Timings : Training may involve monthly rotational shifts based on operational requirements.

• A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• C Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment as per SOPs.
• Perform assembly and manufacturing activities according to work instructions.
• Conduct basic quality inspections of components and finished products.
• Maintain required production, quality, and safety standards.
• Follow 5S, workplace safety, and company procedures.
• Identify and report machine issues, defects, or process abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Achieve assigned daily production and productivity targets.
