🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various stages of tyre manufacturing and production operations.
• Learn and support manufacturing processes under the guidance of trained supervisors.
• Assist with quality inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished tyres.
• Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, safety procedures, and work instructions.
• Operate and monitor production equipment as per training and supervisor instructions.
• Identify and report quality issues, defects, or process abnormalities.
• Maintain 5S, cleanliness, safety, and discipline at the workplace.
• Maintain basic production and quality-related records as required.
• Participate in classroom training, practical sessions, and on-the-job learning.
• Support the production team in achieving assigned quality and productivity targets.
