🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tyre manufacturing and production operations under supervisor guidance.
• Support different stages of the tyre manufacturing process.
• Perform basic quality inspections and checks of materials and finished products.
• Operate and monitor production equipment as per SOPs and work instructions.
• Follow all quality, safety, and production standards.
• Identify and report defects, process issues, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and safety at the workplace.
• Participate actively in classroom training and practical sessions.
• Support the production team in achieving assigned production and quality targets.
