Educational Qualification

• Candidates with a 15-year education background (10+2 + 3-year Diploma / ITI / Degree) are eligible.
• Electrical background candidates will be preferred.

Nature of Job

• Handle installation, shifting, reactivation, and speed/technology upgrades for Airtel Broadband, DTH, and surveillance services within the assigned area.
• Ensure timely installations with high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Provide a seamless and professional customer installation experience.
• Follow all defined processes, SOPs, safety guidelines, and service standards.
• Achieve assigned productivity and KPI targets within the defined timelines.
• Maintain professional customer etiquette and service standards during visits.
• Identify operational improvement areas and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and service quality.
• Support S2S activities, including new sales, rental upgrades, technology migration, and other LOB products.
