Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Set up machines and load raw materials/components as required.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, and process parameters.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Achieve assigned production, productivity, and accuracy targets.
• Identify and report machine faults, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
