We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter to manage recruitment for both White Collar and Grey Collar positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for White Collar & Grey Collar positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and joining targets.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
