Job Responsibilities

• Communicate updates clearly with sales team members
• Track and maintain operational performance reports
• Manage and drive team targets & performance
• Monitor system performance and metrics
• Provide regular feedback and action plans to sales agents
• Ensure achievement of contractual obligations

Eligibility

• Graduate Mandatory
• 2–5 Years Experience Required
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience as Team Leader (on Paper)
• BPO background: Mandatory

· Age Limit - 18 to 34 Years (Max)

Required Skills

• Good communication in Hindi & English
• Experience in Outbound Telecalling / Telesales / Lead Generation
• Must have worked on Dialer
