Job Summary : We are looking for assembly line operators to support the manufacturing and assembly of lithium-ion battery packs and PCBA products. The candidate will work on the production line, handling assembly, inspection, testing, and related manufacturing activities while following quality and safety standards.

• Lithium-ion battery packs for smartphones and power banks
• Electric Vehicle (EV) battery packs
• Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production activities as per standard operating procedures.
• Assemble battery pack components and PCBA units on the production line.
• Operate basic production tools and equipment as trained.
• Conduct visual inspection and basic quality checks of components and finished products.
• Follow production targets, process instructions, and quality standards.
• Identify and report defective components or assembly issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of electronic and battery components.
• Follow 5S, workplace safety, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions where applicable.
• Support the team in achieving daily production and quality targets.
