Job Details: We are hiring NAPS trainees for opportunities in the automobile manufacturing industry. Selected candidates will work in a structured manufacturing environment and gain practical, hands-on experience in production and related operations.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in production and assembly line operations.
• Operate and handle basic production equipment and machinery as per training.
• Perform quality inspection and visual checking of components.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Support machine operation, material handling, and production activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the workplace.
• Identify and report production or quality issues to supervisors.
• Achieve assigned production and quality targets.
• Work effectively as part of the production team.
• Follow company policies, discipline, and shift schedules.

Shift Timing

• Shift Timing: Day Shift
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, if applicable.
