Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery as per the production plan while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure proper machine upkeep and participate in preventive maintenance activities.
• Minimize material and process wastage during production.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine or manufacturing-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, hygiene, product safety, and quality standards.
• Follow all EHS and workplace safety procedures and requirements.
• Maintain 5S standards and proper housekeeping at the workstation.
• Maintain accurate production data and support process-level KPI improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and effective teamwork.
