Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for various loan products.
• Conduct field visits and identify potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify KYC, income, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with Credit and Branch teams for loan processing and approval.
• Follow up with customers from application to loan disbursement.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
