Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen utensils, crockery, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and service areas.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic operational requirements.
• Segregate and dispose of kitchen waste according to procedures.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Follow food safety, workplace safety, and hotel hygiene standards.
