Hotel Saffron Leaf is looking for an experienced DCDP – Chinese to manage the assigned Chinese cuisine section and ensure consistent food quality and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and supervise the production of Chinese cuisine.
• Manage the assigned kitchen section during daily operations.
• Ensure dishes meet required taste, quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Monitor ingredient quality, availability, and proper storage.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen sections during service.
