Hotel Saffron Leaf is looking for a skilled DCDP – Indian to assist in preparing and producing high-quality Indian cuisine while maintaining kitchen standards and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Indian dishes according to standard recipes and specifications.
• Supervise the assigned kitchen section during food production.
• Ensure proper taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of dishes.
• Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen.
• Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen team during service.
