Hotel Saffron Leaf is looking for a skilled Commis II – Tandoor to support the culinary team in preparing tandoor-based dishes and maintaining food production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing tandoor dishes such as breads, kebabs, and other items.
• Prepare and marinate ingredients as per standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor section.
• Assist senior chefs and the kitchen team during busy service periods.
