Hotel Saffron Leaf is looking for a dedicated Commis II – Continental to assist in the preparation and production of Continental cuisine while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in preparing Continental dishes and food items.
• Prepare ingredients through cutting, chopping, portioning, and marination.
• Follow standard recipes and cooking techniques.
• Ensure proper food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
• Assist the culinary team during preparation and peak service periods.
