Hotel Saffron Leaf is looking for a motivated Commis II – Indian to support the culinary team in preparing Indian cuisine and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in preparing Indian dishes and ingredients.
• Perform cutting, chopping, marination, and other food preparation tasks.
• Follow standard recipes, cooking procedures, and portion controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned workstation.
• Store and handle food ingredients safely and appropriately.
• Support the kitchen team during food production and service hours.
