Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical fitting, machining, and welding work for locomotive and rolling stock maintenance.
• Operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Carry out fitting, fabrication, welding, and general mechanical maintenance work.
• Assemble mechanical components properly for installation.
• Read and understand mechanical drawings and fitting procedures.
• Follow proper fitting methods, tools, and workshop practices.
• Learn technical concepts quickly and apply them effectively in practical work.
