Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: ITI in Electrician, Fitter, Electronics Mechanic, Turner, Wireman, or related technical trades.
• Diploma: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering candidates may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor capacitor manufacturing machines involved in winding, cutting, slitting, metallizing, sealing, crimping, and testing processes.
• Quality Control: Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet defined quality and performance standards.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance, identify operational issues, and carry out minor troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime.
• Production & SOP Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), production schedules, process instructions, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Production Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily production, material consumption, machine performance, and downtime.
• Workplace Safety: Follow all safety protocols and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while operating machinery.
