We are looking for a professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees at our automobile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to interact with people at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception/front desk and welcome visitors, customers, vendors, and business partners professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, inquiries, and correspondence and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain visitor records, entry/exit registers, and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate visitor meetings and ensure smooth movement of guests within the facility.
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and documents.
• Coordinate with security, administration, HR, and other departments for visitor management.
• Schedule meetings and maintain meeting room calendars.
• Provide basic administrative and secretarial support to the management and administration team.
