Job Summary : We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy Assistant Social Media Executive (Female) to support the digital marketing and social media activities of a reputed retail apparel and jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to promote products and the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update the company's social media platforms.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, images, videos, and promotional content.
• Handle day-to-day posting on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with the showroom team to collect product images, videos, offers, and promotional information.
• Maintain a consistent and attractive brand image across all social media channels.
• Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional messages.
• Monitor comments, messages, enquiries, and customer interactions on social media.
• Respond to basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales team for further assistance.
• Maintain an organized library of product photos, videos, creatives, and social media content.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of posting and managing all major social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with an eye for fashion, jewellery, and visual presentation.
• Basic knowledge of social media content creation, reels, stories, and promotional posts.
• Good knowledge of captions, hashtags, trends, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
