Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager (Female) to manage the day-to-day operations of a reputed retail jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery showroom operations, team management, customer handling, sales, inventory control, and excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales and support team.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle important customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Monitor jewellery inventory, stock movement, inward/outward processes, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, tagging, and showroom presentation.
• Coordinate with the management regarding sales, inventory, customer feedback, and operational requirements.
• Monitor daily sales, cash/billing activities, and relevant showroom reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security procedures, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular team briefings and provide guidance to improve sales performance.
