Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean, hygienic, organized, and well-maintained condition.
• Strictly follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist cooks, chefs, and service staff with daily kitchen and cafeteria operations.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas are clean and maintained in proper working condition.
• Monitor chemical levels and assist with maintaining adequate inventory of cleaning and kitchen supplies.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and departmental guidelines.
• Assist with basic food preparation activities as directed by the Chef or Hospitality Manager.
• Assist in serving food and beverages to customers in the cafeteria.
