We are looking for a reliable ATM Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair hardware systems within bank premises and ATM lobbies. You will act as the primary local contact for customer accounts, ensuring all technical issues are resolved efficiently while adhering strictly to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and institutional security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Maintenance: Install, configure, modify, and perform preventive maintenance on multi-vendor hardware.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues and conduct minor repairs or module-level component replacements.
• Customer Relations: Build strong local customer relationships and handle voiced or observed account needs.
• SLA & Compliance: Meet strict SLA requirements and escalate complex technical issues using established procedures.
• Security & Protocol: Adhere strictly to security and safety protocols inside financial institutions and ATM lobbies.
• Asset Management: Maintain complete ownership and accurate tracking of company tools, spares, pendrives, and software.
• Reporting: Provide real-time activity updates via mobile applications and submit required monthly documentation.
