Eligibility:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day production and plant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving machinery and equipment issues.
• Monitor machine performance and promptly report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Adhere strictly to safety, quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and operational records.
• Coordinate effectively with team members, maintenance staff, and supervisors.
• Be willing to work in rotational shifts as per plant requirements.
