We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Data Entry.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good candidate coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics roles.
• Recruit candidates for positions such as Picker, Packer, Loading/Unloading, Scanning, Data Entry Operator, and Supervisor.
• Source candidates through job portals, job fairs, walk-ins, and local references.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with the Client HR and Operations Team for manpower requirements.
• Manage candidate onboarding and documentation.
