Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for credit card products.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and applicable terms to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete customer documentation and application processes accurately.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with the branch and internal teams for smooth application processing.
