Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–28 years
• Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor moulding machines as per production requirements.
• Load and unload raw materials and components safely and efficiently.
• Inspect moulded components for quality, defects, and dimensional accuracy.
• Follow all prescribed production, safety, quality, and workplace guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure basic machine operating standards are followed.
• Report machine abnormalities, quality issues, or production concerns to the concerned supervisor.

Shift Details

• Working Hours: 12-hour rotational shifts
• Overtime: Available as per company policy and applicable terms.

Salary & Benefits

• ESIC & PF: Available as per company policy and applicable regulations.
• Accommodation: Arranged by the company.
• Accommodation Contribution: Minimum ₹2,000 per month.
• Food: Free meals provided during working hours.
• Food Arrangement: Candidates may cook their own food; arrangement for 2 meals per day is available.
