Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–35 years

• Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts is required.

Job Details

• Working Hours: 9-hour duty

• Shifts: Rotational shifts

• Night Allowance: ₹100

• Free Bus Service: Available on the following routes:

  • Dunlop

  • Bally

  • Bally Halt

  • Dankuni

  • Kamarkundu

• Canteen Facility: Meals available at just ₹25

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking

• Read order manifests, pick sheets, or operate digital handheld RF scanners to identify product locations.

• Pick items accurately from warehouse shelves, bins, and storage pallets.

• Verify product codes, SKU codes, serial numbers, and quantities against order requirements.

• Safely and efficiently transport picked items to the designated packing station using carts or other approved equipment.

Packing & Processing

• Inspect products for damage, defects, or incorrect specifications before packaging.

• Select suitable packaging materials based on the product’s size, weight, and fragility, including corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, and poly mailers.

• Pack and secure products properly to minimize movement and prevent damage during transportation.

• Seal packages using automated tape dispensers, strapping tools, or manual tape guns.

• Ensure all packed orders meet the required quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
