Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Process

• Supervise receiving and unloading of incoming materials.
• Verify quantities and materials against invoices, delivery documents, and system records.
• Ensure proper GRN/receiving procedures are followed.
• Monitor inspection, sorting, labelling, and put-away activities.
• Ensure materials are stored in the correct bin/location.

Inventory Process

• Monitor stock accuracy and ensure proper inventory records are maintained.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verification.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
• Ensure proper bin management and optimum warehouse space utilisation.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock reconciliation.

Outbound Process

• Supervise picking, packing, sorting, staging, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within the required TAT.
• Monitor order fulfilment and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure correct quantity, SKU, and documentation before dispatch.
• Coordinate with transport teams for timely vehicle loading and dispatch.
