Key Responsibilities

• Package Handling: Collect, sort, and load parcels securely into your vehicle at the start of the shift.
• Route Navigation: Use mobile GPS and mapping tools to plan efficient routes through local traffic.
• Timely Delivery: Drop off packages to customers while adhering strictly to local traffic and safety rules.
• Proof of Delivery: Update delivery statuses digitally, capture customer signatures or photos, and collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments when applicable.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with customers regarding arrival times or delayed shipments.
