PhonePe is hiring Field Executives to support merchant operations and customer service activities across Ludhiana. The role involves visiting shops and merchants, assisting with barcode-related activities, completing KYC verification, and resolving customer or merchant queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned shops and merchants regularly as per the daily route plan.
• Assist merchants with barcode/QR code-related activities and ensure proper usage.
• Conduct and support KYC verification as per company guidelines.
• Address and resolve basic customer and merchant complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the relevant support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Explain PhonePe services and processes to merchants when required.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant visits, KYC activities, and service requests.
• Complete assigned daily field activities and meet operational targets.
