Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of automotive seating systems.
• Operate production tools and equipment under the guidance of supervisors.
• Perform assembly, fitting, and other production-related activities as assigned.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain required production quality.
• Inspect components and finished products for basic quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the production area.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and manufacturing guidelines.
• Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.
