The Dark Store Operator (DSO) is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and coordinating deliveries to meet customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and stock handling practices.

Inward & Stock Management

• Receive and verify stock from warehouses.
• Ensure accurate inward entries in the system.
• Report and resolve damaged or missing inventory.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery

• Process customer orders promptly.
• Assign orders to delivery personnel and monitor deliveries.
• Ensure all orders are delivered within defined SLAs.

Store Operations & Compliance

• Manage daily store opening and closing activities.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and audit requirements.
• Maintain operational records and ensure audit readiness.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with delivery personnel and support smooth store operations.
• Monitor productivity and ensure adherence to processes.
