ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics

• Visit customer locations as per assigned installation/service requests.
• Install DTH antenna/dish, set-top box, LNB, connectors, and required accessories.
• Perform accurate dish alignment to ensure optimum signal strength and quality.
• Complete cable routing, dressing, termination, and connector fitting as per quality standards.
• Configure and activate the set-top box and DTH connection.
• Conduct signal testing and ensure all channels/services are functioning properly.
• Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues, including signal loss, picture quality, cable faults, and equipment connectivity.
• Carry out relocation, re-installation, and replacement activities whenever assigned.
• Explain basic DTH usage and equipment functionality to customers after installation.
• Maintain professional behavior and provide a positive customer experience during every visit.
• Follow company safety guidelines while working at height, on rooftops, poles, balconies, or other locations.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of company/customer equipment.
• Update installation status, service completion details, photographs, and other required information through the assigned mobile application/system.
• Maintain required tools, testing equipment, and installation accessories in working condition.
• Report defective equipment, material shortages, or technical issues to the supervisor/team leader.
• Achieve assigned daily installation and service targets while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Follow company SOPs, technical guidelines, attendance requirements, and escalation processes.
