We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive merchant acquisition and business growth by visiting local shops and businesses, onboarding new merchants, and promoting PhonePe Soundbox devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local shops, retailers, and merchants within the assigned territory.
• Identify and approach potential merchants for business onboarding.
• Explain the features, benefits, and usage of PhonePe Soundbox devices.
• Generate leads and convert prospective merchants into active customers.
• Complete the merchant onboarding process accurately as per company guidelines.
• Install and assist merchants with the basic setup and usage of Soundbox devices, where required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and newly onboarded merchants.
• Follow up with merchants to ensure proper product usage and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly merchant acquisition and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant visits, leads, onboarding, and sales activities.
