Field Assistant (FA) serves as the primary link between borrowers and Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (BFIL). The role involves coordinating and managing various village-level activities related to group loan services, including member acquisition, group formation, Compulsory Group Training (CGT), centre meetings, loan verification, loan utilization checks, repayment collection, and member attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct village projection meetings and promote BFIL products and financial services.
• Facilitate group formation and regular centre meetings at the village level.
• Conduct Compulsory Group Training (CGT) for prospective members.
• Perform loan verification and Loan Utilization Checks (LUC) as per BFIL guidelines.
• Ensure timely loan repayments, proper centre discipline, and high portfolio quality.
• Acquire and manage members in accordance with BFIL's quality and service standards.
• Ensure proper documentation, process compliance, and implementation of internal audit recommendations.
• Collect loan repayments responsibly and ensure secure and timely handover of cash to the Branch Cashier.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, village officials, community representatives, and other local stakeholders.
