Key Responsibilities

• Visit senior doctors, clinics outside location, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, corporates, and other potential referral sources on a regular basis.
• Develop and maintain good professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.
• Promote hospital services, departments, facilities, packages, and specialities.
• Generate new leads and identify opportunities for increasing patient referrals.
• Conduct hospital visits, meetings, presentations, health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
• Digitalise data and payment methods along with finance team
• Support corporate tie-ups, institutional relationships, and other business development initiatives.
• Collect market feedback and information about competing hospitals, services, pricing, and local healthcare trends.
• Identify new areas and potential markets for patient acquisition.
• Mentor executives and train them as per hospital requirements and changing business needs.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly activity reports and share them with the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaigns, social media activities, and promotional content when required.
• Ability to work with excel sheets, powerpoints and basic AI models
• Handle enquiries professionally and ensure timely communication with prospective patients or referral partners.
• Help improve the hospital's visibility and reputation within the local community.
