Key Responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Receive incoming goods and verify quantity, quality, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records using registers or inventory management systems.
• Organize and store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Prepare and maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and other store-related documents.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, dispatch, and other departments for smooth material movement.
• Follow company safety, inventory control, and warehouse procedures.
• Identify and report damaged, excess, short, or obsolete stock to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store area and support audits when required.
