Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Reception & Job Card

   • Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns.

   • Create and update digital job cards in the DMS.

   • Diagnose additional requirements and provide repair estimates.

   • Explain the expected cost and service time to customers.

2. Repair Coordination

   • Coordinate with technicians, floor supervisors, insurance and leasing companies.

   • Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.

   • Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and costs.

3. Vehicle Delivery & Billing

   • Ensure the vehicle is properly serviced, cleaned and ready for delivery.

   • Prepare and explain the proforma and final invoice.

   • Explain the work completed, charges, warranty and goodwill repairs.

   • Inform the customer about the next service due date.

4. Customer Relationship

   • Maintain professional communication throughout the service process.

   • Offer relevant products, services and promotional offers.

   • Ensure customer satisfaction and a positive workshop experience.

5. Monthly Planning

   • Support the Service Manager in planning and implementing workshop promotions and customer activities.
