Primary Responsibilities
 

1. Repair & Service

• Analyze job orders and clarify any unclear requirements with the Service Advisor.

• Inspect the vehicle and identify additional damages or repair requirements.

• Perform repairs and servicing as per manufacturer guidelines and prescribed timelines.

• Accurately record work completed, labour hours and materials used on the job card.

• Identify required parts and tools and inform the Service Advisor if additional parts need to be ordered.

• Inform the Service Advisor about additional repairs and support customer approval.

2. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure vehicles meet required safety standards before delivery to the customer.

• Record all identified faults and repair details on the job card.

• Maintain company-provided tools and equipment in proper working condition.

• Use only calibrated tools and equipment for repairs and servicing.

• Return special tools and technical documents to their designated locations.

3. Customer Satisfaction

• Safeguard the customer’s vehicle and belongings during the repair process.

• Ensure the vehicle is handled carefully and professionally.

• Neatly hand over replaced/old parts to the customer as required.
