Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras continuously to ensure security and safety of the premises.
• Observe and identify suspicious activities, unauthorized access, theft, or security incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
• Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems, DVR/NVR, monitors, and recording equipment.
• Review and retrieve recorded footage whenever required for investigations.
• Immediately report security incidents or emergencies to the Security Supervisor/Management.
• Ensure CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment are functioning properly and report technical issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of CCTV footage and information.
• Coordinate with security personnel during emergencies and unusual incidents.
• Prepare regular daily surveillance reports and incident reports.
