• Draft and post job descriptions as per hiring requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely communication and a smooth recruitment process.
