We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Investment Relationship Managers to join Sharekhan in Kolkata. The role involves managing existing client relationships, providing investment-related assistance, and supporting new client acquisition through company-provided leads.

Job Profile / Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client investment requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Assist clients with Stocks and Mutual Fund investments.
• Handle regular client servicing, queries, and follow-ups.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Work on company-provided leads for new client acquisition.
• Generate new business through effective communication and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.
• 80% Client Servicing & 20% Client Acquisition.
• Achieve assigned business and client relationship targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Hindi.
• Good grasp of the local language (Bengali).
• Candidates interested in BFSI, investments, stocks, or mutual funds will be preferred.

Training & Development

• 1st Month: Product Trainin
• 2nd Month: On-the-Job Training
• 3rd Month onwards: Full job responsibilities will begin.
