An ATM Custodian is responsible for the safe handling, maintenance, and operational support of ATM machines. The role involves ensuring ATMs remain functional, clean, secure, and adequately stocked with cash while following strict security and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Visit assigned ATMs for routine inspection and maintenance.
• Handle ATM cash replenishment and collection as per company procedures.
• Check ATM functionality and report technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with banks, security teams, and technical staff when required.
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, visits, and service activities.
• Follow all security protocols, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Report suspicious activity, cash discrepancies, or equipment damage immediately.
